Well trained and polite staff, just like german people.
Internet access is not included. You must pay expensive daily values to internet inside hotel - too expensive.

Comfy rooms with a queen size bed. Convenient location right in front of a tram station! ❤️

There is no heating system in the rooms only in the lobby, so in the winter guest will freeze to death. There is no phone in the room so every time you want to speak to reception you have to get down to them. Internet connection is very poor almost not there in the room again you have to go down for reception. Breakfast is horrible and served in the wrong place near the reception. Very noisy near main train station. Very expensive for two star hotel.

This hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, with easy access to public transport. It's just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are clean and compact, with no overly done design, and the attention to detail is impressive. Plus, the bed is king size, which is a rare find in many hotels.
All was ok.

Location was great, close to public transportation and plenty of dining options. The room was sparkling clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee and breakfast pastry.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the noise coming from the adjacent rooms. The walls were thin and we could hear everything that was going on next door.

The location was pretty good as the tram that goes to the city centre is just in front of the hotel. Plus, the breakfast buffet has a great spread and cost only 7.50euros. Hotel staff were really friendly, greets everyone that comes in
The rooms were smaller than we thought, compared to the pictures seen on the website. But it's a fantastic hotel still

Free wifi! Breakfast was excellent and only 7.5€. Very simple setup - no phone, no mini bar, you pay when you arrive and just leave when it's time to go. Decor is clean and fresh. Staff helpful and friendly.
It's reasonably close to Ostbahnhof (5 min walk) but to get pretty much anywhere you have to take the train.

The price payed for the car parking was not bad, only 9 EUR per night. Free internet was also very good. The breakfast was not bad at all and the price was fair (7.5 EUR per night). No fruit juice but good coffee machine as well as normal breakfast stuff.
The location was not very good. There were some working going on the street and it we always had traffic to arrive there by car. It is not near city center.
